oh boy. hello. I'm new!!!

I was on livejournal back in the hay days, but like a lot of people I got caught up in modern microblogging like tumblr and twitter. in the last month of 2024 I found neocities and got interested in old web stuff. and more recently, because of tumblr's cut backs and other sms becoming unreliable in one way or the other, I decided to branch out.

I tried making an actual livejournal but I never got a verification email, so I couldn't use some really basic features. They finally got back to me but I think the only solution is to change my email? I could do that I guess, but the steam is gone and I've been here like a week so... whatever lol.

been feeling awful in the brain lately. I can't focus on anything, I'm frustrated with the fascist take over in my country, and I'm fed up with... being a shut in. I guess I'm finally going to start talking about that. If people give me shit about it, well, it's not gonna make me feel WORSE. but anyway, maybe having a place like this that isn't as active and where I can just ramble will be good for my brain.

I've got one evil character whose favorite color is pink because it reminds him of people's insides. There are also pink mushrooms and some stinging caterpillars. It's all about your perspective.
